About

Suzhen Zhong is a PhD student in Human-AI collaborations, with a focus on developer–LLM collaboration, and agentic software processes. Currently at Queen’s University (Canada).

Prior to her PhD, she spent 9 years in the robotics industry as a full-stack engineer on humanoid robots, mobile robots, and robotic arms, deployed across warehouse logistics, restaurant service, and factory operations.
